Hamilton Stern worked with Genesee Valley Rural Preservation Council to build this ground-up housing community in Livonia, NY. The 48 units are designed to meet the needs of those 55 years of age and older, especially those with special needs. Amenities include a communal dining area, fitness room, beauty salon, library, community room, and on-site laundry. This community is adjacent to Westview Hills Apartments, which Hamilton Stern completed work on in 2017.
