Pueblo Nuevo Phase I
Hamilton Stern partnered with Ibero-American Development Corporation to bring this expansive project to life in Rochester’s North Clinton Avenue neighborhood. The first phase of the project consisted of several scattered sites, totaling 75 affordable housing units. 13 three-family homes and a two-story 16 unit building were newly constructed, while an existing four-story building originally built in 1905 and a two-family unit were part of an adaptive reuse renovation. The second phase of the project will bring an additional five single-family homes and 12 two-family homes.
