Hamilton Stern is pleased to have partnered with Keuka Housing Council to renovate buildings that provide shelter and housing solutions for those in need. In Dundee, New York, we restored a free-standing house and two historic row houses which date back to the late 1800’s. The scope of work for this 8-unit project included an addition, complete interior demolition, framing, new finishes, new windows, new roofing and siding, and all new mechanical and electrical systems. Site improvements also included new storm water management, site asphalt and concrete, and landscaping. This 10,000 square foot project was a collaboration with T.A.B. Design Architects with funding from New York State HHAP.
