Keuka Housing Council, Dundee NY

About the Project

Hamilton Stern was pleased to have partnered with Keuka Housing Council on their building renovations that provide shelter and housing solutions for those in need. In Dundee, New York, the team restored a free-standing house and two-historic row houses that date back to the late 1800s. The scope of work for this 8-unit project included an addition, complete interior demolition, framing, new finishes, new windows, new roofing and siding, and all new mechanical and electrical systems. Site improvements also included new stormwater management, site asphalt and concrete, and landscaping. This 10,000 sq. ft. project was a collaboration with T.A.B. Design Architects with funding from New York State HHAP.
