Catholic Charities Family and Community Services, a repeat client, was in need of renovations to their emergency men’s shelter. This two-phase occupied renovation consisted of renovating their homeless shelter, administrative spaces, and nine apartments, including one ADA apartment. The project also included a new exterior ramp and fence.
