Education Success Network
Hamilton Stern Construction was tasked with adding a three-story exterior stairwell to Education Success Network’s Sands Family Campus. The new masonry stair tower connects to the school’s gymnasium and second and third floors to provide safe emergency exiting for students, teachers, and staff. Interior renovations of the adjacent classrooms and corridors were also completed on the second and third floors. The interior work included new drywall partitions, door frames and exit hardware, LED lighting, radiant heat modifications, and upgraded finishes.
