Dimitri House
Dimitri House serves those in need in the Rochester community by offering food, shelter, and services that help them toward self-sufficiency. Our team renovated an existing house and added a small addition to create six apartments that will provide long term housing. Each one-bedroom apartment is equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom, complete with new finishes and fixtures. The building was stripped down to the studs and built back with completely new infrastructure, including new electric distribution, HVAC systems, tankless domestic water heaters, and fire protection systems. Exterior improvements included new siding, windows, doors, and roofing. A new rear deck was also added with an ADA compliant lift.
